1. Delete in the app
The fastest way — no email needed:
- Open PumpEat and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
2. Request by email
Can't access the app? Email us at supportpumpeat@gmail.comfrom the email address your account is registered with, with the subject «Delete my account». We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
- your account and sign-in credentials;
- profile and preferences (diet, dislikes, favorite cuisines, onboarding answers);
- your recipes, recipe books, generated previews and imports;
- shopping lists, notifications and support conversations;
- photos and audio you uploaded for recipe detection or import.
4. What may be kept
Purchase and billing records stay with Google Play / the App Store — manage or cancel subscriptions there. Aggregated analytics and crash statistics that don't identify you, and records we must keep by law, may be retained for a limited period. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
